Hoobastank (off their self-released album)
5. Prank Call To The Cobalt Cafe - (2:54)

Audiovent (from their Web site)
After entering high school, the band continued to work at developing their own unique sound and vision. They played gigs around their hometown, at places like the Cobalt Cafe and Mancini's in Canoga Park, eventually venturing as far as Hollywood.

The final chapter in Eyelid history started in October of 1998. The first show with new frontman, Jon Roa, went down in the San Fernando Valley at the Cobalt Cafe with new labelmates, Death By Stereo. Roa had been around awhile, fronting bands such as Justice League, Addiction, and End to End and met the guys through mutual friends.

Cobalt would like to thank...

Our good friend Jeff Steelman for designing such a cool web site for the Cobalt Cafe.

We would also like to thank Loren Israel (currently the Senior Director of A & R @ Capitol Records) for his positive and dedicated support in the Music Industry. This kind of suport has been very appreciated. Loren has been one of the Judges at Cobalt's Battle of the Bands!!
Loren has found talent like The Hippo's at the Cobalt and brought talent such as Jimmy Eat World and Less Than Jake.
